May 2006 — Parsytec AG recently received final acceptance from APM, Mexico, for its new hot mill inspection system. Final acceptance was achieved in only four months, finalizing Parsytec’s first hot mill inspection system installation in Central America.

APM, a division of IMSA-MEX, SA de CV, is determined to modernize its production site in order to produce steel of the highest possible quality. As part of the modernization program, APM chose to install a Parsytec hot mill inspection system.

APM’s new system utilizes Parsytec’s espresso technology, which is also in use at 56 hot mill surface inspection installations worldwide.
