Worthington Announces Succession Plan for President & COO Steel
Apr. 30, 2012 - Worthington Industries, Inc. announced that Mark A. Russell will become the next President and Chief Operating Officer of the company, effective Aug. 1, 2012, replacing George P. Stoe. Geoff G. Gilmore will replace Russell becoming the next president of Worthington Steel also on Aug. 1.

Worthington Reports Third Quarter Fiscal 2012 Results
Mar. 30, 2012 - Worthington Industries, Inc. reported net sales of $611.3 million and net earnings of $25.9 million, or $0.37 per share, for its fiscal 2012 third quarter ended February 29, 2012. In last year's third quarter, the company reported net sales of $569.4 million and net earnings of $26.3 million, or $0.35 per share.
