Böhler-Uddeholm Announces Management Changes
Feb. 9, 2010 As part of the restructuring of the Böhler-Uddeholm Group, Heimo Stix, Member of the Management Board with responsibility for the High Performance Metals Division/Production, is terminating his employment with Böhler-Uddeholm AG as of March 31, 2010, based on a mutual agreement.
With immediate effect, Franz Rotter will assume responsibility for the High Performance Metals Division/Production in the Management Board.
This move is accompanied by other changes in management responsibilities for the period remaining until April 1, 2010, when the Group’s restructured organization comes into effect. Claus J. Raidl is responsible for the Welding Consumables Division, and Horst Königslehner for the Precision Strip Division. Rotter continues to be responsible for the Special Forgings Division, and Karl Haider for the High Performance Metals Division/Sales and Marketing.
