Solintal Buckets Made of Hardox Wear Plate from SSAB
Sep. 3, 2010 Solintal's strong and durable bucket design has a Hardox In My Body license, SSAB’s quality guarantee demonstrating that the wear structure is made of Hardox wear plate.
Solintal has cooperated with SSAB for the past 15 years to sustain its leadership position in manufacturing large excavators of up to 40 m³, the Spanish bucket manufacturer’s CEO, Rafael Chavarri, said.
The partnership has benefited both companies, according to SSAB's welding expert Mats Fried, who recently visited the facilities in Madrid.
“Solintal's welding quality is extremely high class, one of the best in the world. We’ve learnt a lot from each other during the years we have worked together,” Fried said.
